At Sky Phone Pros, "Warranty" is more than just an 8 letter word; it's a COMMITMENT TO EVERY CUSTOMER.
“Limited Lifetime Warranty” – (not valid if item has been, in any form, tampered with). Item guaranteed to be operational. Should the item fail to be operational, it may be sent back at the expense of the buyer to be tested by our staff. Item repair or replacement issued at our discretion based on those tests. If item repair or replacement is not available, a refund will take place. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Warranty applies only to buyers within the United States and Canada.
Repaired, Revitalized, and New Products are sold with a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of delivery to protect against component failure only. We are contractually obligated to replace parts of a product that break or are defective over the life of the product. We are not legally obligated to replace parts that are broken or misused by the consumer. Warranty does not include consumer misuse or removal of warranty label. Example: dropping causing damage to displays or plastics, water damage, or general wear and tear from usage. Standard repair fees are charged for consumer caused defects.
Batteries, Chargers, and Power Supplies are sold with a standard 12-month Warranty from the date of delivery.
Used Products are sold with a 60-DAY warranty from the date of delivery, refund or replacement are at the merchant discretion. Buyer pays for return shipment.
We accept PayPal payments from Verified Buyers with Confirmed Addresses.
Credit Cards used for payment through PayPal must be issued by a US Bank with a US billing address.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the state of Ohio.
FREE and Fast Delivery on ALL Orders
Orders placed before 4 p.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. After that time, items will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST Friday will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Although we ship to most areas served by UPS and FedEx they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses.
We are also unable to ship to international locations and outside the 50 United States (unless special arrangements are made using your company FedEx or UPS number.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Item must be returned within 3 business days after contacting us. RMA number is required for all returns. If items are not received in our warehouse after 10 days RMA will be void and NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for 10 days and we must receive the returned products within this time frame. Return Authorization numbers will not be extended or reissued.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization number.
Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or defective and only if you contact us about the issue within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds are processed within 2-3 Business Days after the product has been received.
We cannot take items back that have been purchased in New condition, if the seal has been broken or open boxes unless they are DOA. Items returned for any other reason will incur a 20% fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please check compatibility before looking. Read all info carefully and be sure this is what you want before buying. Buyer (and not the seller) is solely responsible for any and all compatibility issues.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify (usually with the manufacturer) that a given component will function with their other equipment PRIOR to purchase. Buyer’s inability to figure out how to install or make them work is not grounds for “Not as described” claims or returns. No returns on wrong items purchased such as incompatibility. We expect you to do your own research before buying the item. In some cases we might be willing to take a return but a 20% restocking will be assessed.
